The last time I played a card game,
I noticed they all looked the same,
Diamonds, Hearts, Clubs, and Spades
Jacks, Kings, and Crazy Eights.
I noticed two cards stood alone,
Excluded or Included, their creativity shone,
All alone, they colored the rest,
Though seldom played, they are the best.
Life as a Joker brings you down,
Life as an outcast, exiled, a clown.
Watching the other cards, having fun,
Wanting a game, just one.
