Mike and Laura were married on Christmas Day, 1990, after The Monkees returned from their reunion tour. A year and a half later, they welcome a baby girl named Jessica Lynn into their family. She grew up to follow in her father's business footsteps, becoming involved in his recording company at an early age and eventually taking over for him.
Robbie, Jr. (Mike and Samantha's oldest child) also followed in his father's footsteps. He became an accomplished musician and had a very successful solo career. He fell in love and married his agent's daughter and together they had two children. A boy, also named Robert Michael, and a girl named Nicole.
Mike died at the age of 89 with Laura and his children and grandchildren around him. Laura never remarried after his death.
