~Just A Game - Part 3~

The next morning, Tasmyn waited with the photographer for the guys to come out of the hotel. She wanted some pictures of them taken in front of the hotel and then on the beach. The photographer would come back that night to take pictures of them on stage.

“Where’s Michael?” She ran up when she saw only Micky, Peter and Davy come out of the hotel.

“He’s playing one of those poker machines.” Davy answered. “I think he’s been at it for quite awhile.”

“Okay.” She sighed. “I’ll go get him.”

She walked into the casino and found Michael sitting in front of one of the poker machines. “Nez, the photographer is here.”

“I’ll be there in a minute.” He said, his eyes never leaving the screen.

“Now.” She stated pushing the cash out button.

“Hey!” He glared at her. “I wasn’t done.”

“You can play all afternoon.” She scooped up the coins and put them into a plastic cup. “Come on, this guy doesn’t work for free.”

Michael and Tasmyn met the others outside and started the photo shoot. The photographer showed them where to stand and told them to act natural.

Tasmyn was talking to him about the next set of pictures when Peter noticed Micky staring at her. He gave him an elbow in the stomach.

“Ow!” He grabbed his stomach. “What the hell did you do that for?”

“To bring you back to earth.” Peter explained. “She’s our manager, not to mention that she’s just a kid.”

“Those legs do not belong to a kid.” Micky chuckled.

“I’ve got to agree with you on that, mate.” Davy smiled.

“Give it a rest, man.” Michael butted in. “We do not need you getting involved in some one-night fling with her.”

“Did it ever occur to you that I might care about her?” Micky asked insulted.

“Yeah right.” Michael laughed. “You haven’t cared about a woman since your divorce and there’s a string of woman who would testify to that.”

Tasmyn could feel that there was something wrong with the guys. She walked up to them after some of the pictures on the beach had been taken. “What’s wrong?” She asked.

“Why don’t you tell her Micky.” Davy snickered.

“Its nothing, Tas.” Micky answered glaring at Davy.

“I can feel the tension from here.” She stood directly in front of him. “Tell me what’s wrong, maybe I can help.”

“Really, Tas, its nothing.” He placed his hands on her shoulders. “We just had a difference in opinion, that’s all.”

“Okay.” She said although she wasn’t satisfied with his explanation. “Let’s finish up this pictures and then we can take a break.”

----------------------------------------

After the photo shoot, Tasmyn talked with the photographer for a few minutes and then caught up with Micky on the boardwalk. He seemed to be in his own little world, so she gently tapped him on the shoulder. “Are you sure everything is okay?”

“Do you think a person can change?” He asked in response.

“I’m not sure I know what you mean?” She looked at him confused.

“If someone was a certain way or had a certain personality, do you think he could change?” He asked again.

“Sure, people change everyday.” She smiled. “Are you alright?”

“Yes.” He smiled and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. “Thanks.”
