What got you into spinning? My track coach in high school used to give me radio tapes from New York city and they had mixes on them by Tony Humphries. I was totally hooked!! A few years later a friend sold me his old mixer and I started playing around at home. The rest is history!
Whats your 3 favorite tracks and why? "tears" by Frankie Knuckles ( a very emotional, powerful house track),"Age of Love" by Age of Love ,Anything by Kraftwerk.
What do you like most of the party scene? The people I meet and the music. It's wonderful to spend time with like-minded people who enjoy the music.

Where do you see yourself in the next 2 years? I want to start doing some production this summer in Chicago. I would like to expand and start playing more in the U.S. and abroad.
What was your most memorable party that you spun at? Playing at Soul Enlightening in Chicago. It was my first time playing in the United States and it was a tremendous feeling playing to a new crowd and getting the response that I got. It was also very special in that I met many great people in the windy city. I love Chicago!

Who is your personal mentor? Tony Humphries has always been an inspiration to me, however, it is the party people that inspire and drive me to continue playing my music.

What got you into spinning? My brothers used to spin back when we lived in Florida and I have always been into it. But recently, i have been meeting alot of people who spin records and one day i just said fuck it... im gonna go buy some tables and a mixer, so i went out and got some tables, a mixer and started practicing.
Whats your 3 favorite tracks and why? 1) Tribal EP by Riverocean featuring "India" and "Louie Vega". This track is like a tribute to my race and just straight up beatin'. 2) Glenn Underground featuring "CEI-BEI House Music Will Never Die". Just the vocals reminds me of my roots. 3)
What style of music do you spin and do you like any other styles? I spin house and Techno. I LOVE me some house, but i can also get into Techno just as much. I also like New Wave. Im really into Salsa and Merengue, Latin Jazz and Mambo.
What do you like most of the party scene? The people, the music and the magic u feel from the moment u first walk into the door. I love meeting new people especially out of town kids.
Which Djs/Producers you admire? I'd hafta say Kevin Yost and Glenn Underground.
Because of the way they spin? Or is it the tracks they produce? (Kevin Yost) His mellow tracks just put me in a trance. While I'm spinning his music I feel like I'm in another world. (Glenn Underground) Not only his tracks are phenonemal, the way he performs live with translucent it is just what I need to Jack.
Where do you see yourself in the next 2 years? It's really hard to say. Things can just go up for me, or they can just go down. I just hope that im happy with what im doin at that point in time. I would like to be playing out of state frequently.
What was your most memorable party that you spun at? I have 2 of those. One was this party Entitled "21" A celebration or Marcus Watkins birthday. That was the first rave party that i spun at, and it just felt so good. Unfortunately, i left around 1:45 due to severe Bronchitis symptoms. I was in bed for a week after that. The other party was Rave'em n' Bailey. I was just real happy with what I did. While I was spinning I looked up and saw everybody dancing, that was the greatest feeling I've felt in a long time.
Which was your first party you spun at? Sept 25th 1998 entitled "21" Marcus' Birthday Celebration. but i have also done a lot of house parties with Niko.
Who is your personal mentor? Marcus Watkins. He has taught me so much as far as being a better person. I love this guy to death.

What got you into spinning? I used to bartend at a hiphop club in Tokyo. I got really interested cuz my boy was a famous hip hop DJ in Japan and one day he just threw me on the tables and told me to go to it in front of a live croud. It was a total rush for me feeding off the crowd's energy even though I fucked up a lot.
Whats your 3 favorite tracks and why?
What style of music do you spin and do you like any other styles? I spin deep and heavy house and I respect all styles. I like drum & bass a lot. I like ghetto.. But more than anything I'm into jazzy deep house type shit.
What do you like most of the party scene? I just like bein up on the turn tables watchin hundreds of heads bouncin their asses off and gettin down. I really enjoy being there with my friends who are beating it on the tables.
Which Djs/Producers you admire? Gene Farris, Dimitri from Paris, there's so many that I really like... Louie Vega.. Much props to my boy Edgar (Projekt:PM / BPM). I think John beats it silly style. (BID / Simmons).
Because of the way they spin? Or is it the tracks they produce? I'm really into the tracks that Gene, Edgar, and Little Louie produces mostly, and I love to watch Johnny Break It Down spin.
Where do you see yourself in the next 2 years?
What was your most memorable party that you spun at? Not even really a rave.. It was a college party down in ISU (Illinois).. It was like 300 heads packed in this basement. Even though it was a good size basement.. the ceilings were only 6 ft. high!!!, all the kegs ran out at like 11:30, but the kids (all 30o of them) were dancing their asses off for another hour and a half and I've never seen college kids stay after the beer was gone.. I was shocked.
Which was your first party you spun at? The first time I ever spun for anything close to a party I was an add-in for the pre-show of the 1996 Japan DMC Finals.
Who is your personal mentor? I don't really think I have a "mentor" at the moment but I'm greatly influenced by Oscar McMillian and Mel (TRAXX). Both those guys are just great characters and awesome influences. Oscar does a wonderful job of helping me find great records. And how about Marcus?!
