3 16oz. cans Pork and Beans
1 16oz. can Chili Beans
1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Ketchup
2 Tb. Mustard
1 diced Onion
1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger
Salt & Pepper to taste
Description:
Brown hamburger, onion, salt and pepper; drain. Mix al beans with brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Add meat. Pour into large casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or pour into crockpot and slow cook on high for 3 hours. Can be mixed up a day ahead and refrigerated until baking time.

1 pound Round Steak
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1/3 cup Water
2 Tb Margarine
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Egg Noodles
Description:
Slice steak into bite size pieces or slightly larger. Brown the steak and onion in a deep frying pan with a lid. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook noodles separately. Let Stroganoff simmer while covered for 45 min. Stirring occasionally.

6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves (1.25 pounds)
1 Tb. Dijon-style Mustard
3 slices (1 oz. each) Lean Ham, cut into halves.
3 slices (1 oz. each) reduced fat Swiss Cheese, cut into halves.
Nonstick Cooking Spray
1/4 cup Unseasoned Dry Bread Crumbs
2 Tb. minced Fresh Parsley
3 cups hot, cooked White Rice
Description:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken between 2 pieces of waxed paper; pound to 1/4-inch thickness using flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin. Brush mustard on 1 side of each chicken breast; layer 1 slice each of ham and cheese over mustard.
Roll up each chicken breast from short end; secure with wooden picks. Spray tops of chicken rolls with cooking spray; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Arrange chicken rolls in a 11x7-inch baking pan. Cover; bake 10 minutes. Uncover; bake about 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Stir parsley into rice; serve with chicken. Serve with vegetables, if desired.

1 pound Ground Turkey or Beef
1 medium Onion
1 15oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 can Water
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 dash Garlic Powder
6-8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 pkg. Dumpling Noodles
Description:
Brown hamburger, onion; drain. Add can of tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Stir. Add on top of meat mixture 1/3 pkg. noodles, (raw) and do not stir. Simmer for 15 minutes, covered. Add shredded cheese and cook for 3-5 minutes longer.
