AUGUST EDITION 2004
Carpentersville to rid itself of the
on going administration, Problems
unsolved from years past that this
group of trustees have not addressed and
fixed. But, they give themselves a raise
and do nothing to earn it. Like, when
Auditor Karen Haas said, that a major
concern continues to be the finance
department’s lack of reconciling bank
statements and investments.
Dam!
I think we have been saying that for
two years now.
Audit committeeman Paul Humpfer said
it is the same problem that
Carpentersville has encountered over
the last three years. And once again we
also have been saying that its time to
clean up the chicken coop and dump the
trustees. He also suggested that changes
could take place if everyone’s job
description is clearly outlined and
get this) raises are based on
performance. Well, I guess everyone in
the Village office needs to be fired
and elected people voted out.
Then Mark Boettger (Village President)
said," What will it take to get a
framework in place? And he wondered
if additional staff would be needed?
Well Mark,
the framework should have already been
put into place a long time ago. And if
extra staff is needed then let you and
your trustees give up what we are paying
you for to pay for the extra staff.
Since you people lack the intelligence to
do your job anyways.
And Mr. Simpson
can pay for his helper out of the money
that we pay him also.
Then they buy a new computer system that
could help. No! Get rid of the stink,
clean out the offices,
and get rid of Mark Boettger and
the Untrustees.
Perhaps,
we need to elect Nancy Moore as the
next Village President.
And vote everyone else out of there.
Its time for a change.
And who has the guts to do something
about it?

For being there for us over the Years.

Two Eyes,
Peering through the dark,
One crying,
Peace on earth.
The other glass,
Shouting,
An Eye for An Eye,
The toothache swells.
The men on haunted hill.
Dawn their plastic glasses.
To hide the darkness.
For Christ turned and said,
I never promised
the 2nd coming would be.

Twiddle Dee Dee,
What come next,
May come easy.
Twiddle Dee Dom
Twiddle Dee day.
What was it I was going to say?
Twiddle Dee Dom,
Twiddle Dee Dow,
What is next you should know?
Twiddle Dee Dom,
Twiddle Dee Dover,
Perhaps you need to start over.
Twiddle Dee Dee,
Twiddle Dee Dom,
Perhaps its you, on the run.
