Trinity news

Well, it was 8 years today when the first
Trinity news hit the streets.
I do not think any one thought that we would
still be putting out this small paper.
But as you can see we still put it out.
We have been late in our publications, But
with 5 years of always being on time.
We have talked about the homeless in the
city of Elgin as well as about the politics
of Carpentersville and Elgin. We have brought
up answers to the homeless problems as
well as talked about the problems of
homelessness across the country. In the
past 8 years we talked about cell phones
being used in cars as well as the reason
why people need to stop their cars while
talking on them. And of the test findings
that reflects the information.
We have had the pleasure of Joyce's
wonderful articles about angel stories to
poems and words of wisdom, encouragement,
merriment, and positive reflection.
We have featured ads from many people and
have become good friends with most of
those that have placed ads in the paper.
In the past 8 years we have just told you
things that other papers have not.
The joy of Me being part Of trinity news
is when someone walks up to me and tells
me that either The Courier News or
The Daily Herald runs a story about
something that we had ran months before
and saying the same things we had already
said. It just brings a smile to my face
and a joy to my heart.
We have done stories about the area
homeless as well as myself that is now
running, and stories about a young girl
named Tina that died of AIDS.
If you have never read Trinity News then
you are missing a lot of things even
though we are only a monthly paper. And
we have missed a lot as a monthly paper
when things happen so much in a month.
But because we operate with no money we
keep a budget. So this is our 8th year
putting out the paper and we hope that in
the future we can and will be of some
help to the area homeless.
We have constructed our web site and you
can pick up copies of the Trinity news
even old copies as far as two to three
years back. We have put together cute web
things as well as things like the web
page on TMJ. We have place poetry on
the web site as well as linked Trinity web
site to Joyce's personal web site that has
Recipes on it, to Richards web site that
tells his whole story in life as well as
the short Internet book called Jeep man
or Myth? It all starts with

STORY ABOUT ONE OF OUR HOMELESS

It seems that the previous owner had
money to take care of these things.
But I just did not have the capital to
do this. So I had to accept the violations.
Well I started out not too bad but it
soon started to take its toll. I had
people that just would not pay on time
and I had a few that were so great.
The great ones were there all through
my ownership of the house, I do believe
it was two people. And I was not making
enough at my full time job to take care
of the steady lack of rent being paid.
And it cost me a lot of money to rid
my self of parties that could not or
would not pay. Then there was those
that was trying to deal drugs out of
the property also. And that was a big
pig of another color.

Calling out for all to hear.
The battle rages,
The ranks fight without fear,
Like as written in the bibles pages.
Angels stand and hold the ground,
Against a evil,
Along with man it is found,
So tough is this battle of weevils.
Battles waged,
Spoken in revelations phrase,
In time engaged,
Only together standing fighting in a haze.
Man and angels standing strong,
Clashing with an unseen foe,
As long as man and angels aren’t wrong,
Slaying locust’s faceless woe.
Battles spring up here,
Fighting without fear,
Battles rageing there,
It’s so near.
Only with God can we win,
