It’s time for my favorite time of the
year. Easter is coming and everything
is starting a new. Soon the trees and
flowers will be in bloom. Days will be
sunny, happy, and bright. All signs of
winter will be gone. Spring cleaning on
my mind, new things, remodeling things,
All will get done on time, out with the
old things to bring in the new things in
our lives. To refresh our souls, hearts,

Another Homeless Death:

Well
it appears that since I have not been
able to give a better story about the
death of a Homeless man
Mr. Rick Allen Walker. Then on 2/19/05
at 8am. There was a body found near
National Street and the train tracks.
The body was frozen, and it was
29-year-old Alexis Vigo Vega. This will
make two homeless deaths for the year.
6 deaths in 9 years two of those this
year, 3 died by freezing to death,
1 hit by a train, 1 murdered, 1 suicide.
Then the news of a possible pads shelter
was very good to hear. I hope it happens
before their any more homeless deaths.
Yes,
we need more then a shelter but a center
that offers so much more.

Hello,
My name is Kent Baldwin.
I am running for village Trustee, I want
to make Carpentersville A better place
to live for us all. I have been involved
in politics for many years now and I
have made some accomplishments for our
village, I plan on making more.
I plan on making; I plan on reaching out
to the public to see what is needed and
then taking that to our village president.
I would like to see more street lamps on
the darker streets for safety reasons.
We need to find a way to pay for
street repairs without raising property
taxes. Did you know that there is a plan
to build over 400 more houses in
Carpentersville?
What do you think that will do to the
already overcrowded school system?
They want the village to grow but we need
to do this in moderation.
We need to fix our problems before
we make them worse.
Let’s talk about Bolz road,
are you for a bridge?
I’m not!
Do you want to live on a four-lane
highway?
The people on Bolz road don’t.
Algonquin and Dundee want the bridge
to go through. I say if they want another
bridge let them build it in their town.
Like I said, I will listen and try to help.
I am the one that knows that you the people
of Carpentersville are important, because
without you there is no village.
Please vote for me, Kent Baldwin,

Even some of the ducks say bye.
