• Heroin = 100 - 999 grams
• Cocaine = 500 - 4,999 grams
• Cocaine base = 5 - 49 gm
• LSD = 1-10 gm
• Fentanyl 40- 399 gm
• PENALTY FOR ALL THE ABOVE ---
• 1st offense - not less than 5 years . Not more than 40. If death or serious injury , not less than 20 years .At the most Life . Fine 2 -5 million other than individual .

Marijuana Traffic Laws

• Marijuana - mixture containin hash or Hashish oil = 1,000 kg or more ; or 1,000 plants+ .1st offense not less than 10 years not more than life . $4 million fine .
• Being caught with a gram or more ; 1st offense a slap on the wrist , $50 plus in fines bail etc... , 25 hours community service, and go to a drug ed. program
