Directions: Put all word in ABC order.  Write a sentence for each word.

1a. Click on the Annie Tour Menu: on Annie's
    Home Page, "The Plot"

  b. Summarize the story in your own words.
   c. Create a shadow box from shoeboxes and construction
       paper showing your favorite scene in the story. On top of
       the box, list the main character, setting, and if it is the
       "beginning, middle, or end" of the story.

2. Browse through the Annie website, click on the Plot link
    above, and write a "Book Report" on any of the following:
    (Please choose at least 2 per week)

    a. "about the CAST members"
    b. any "Study Guide" question
    c. "Critics Quotes"
    d. Go to the Broadway Newpaper, BroadwayNow, and write
        a report about (2) articles that your read, and to follow up,
        write a "newspaper" article (one or two paragraphs) of
        your own on the following subjects:

        1. Is there any news about our class play?
        2. Are there any talented classmates you'd like to report
            on?
        3. Do you know about any other schools that put on
            school plays?
        4. Interview your parents, grandparents, guardians,
            caregivers, siblings, or neighbors to see if they were
            ever in a school play. Don't forget the "Who, What,
            Where, When, Why, and How" of reporting!
               5. Think of your own "News" topic!
