My No Cervaza, No Trabajo Movie Encounter

I called On Cue on August 3. I asked them if they had the Sugar Ray movie, "No Cerveza, No Trabajo." They said they didn't. I got mad, hung up the phone. I called back the next day. Still no. I called back the next day. They looked it up on the computer and said, "Yeah, we have it." I freak out, fall in the floor. We drive over there and we ask them about it. He's like, "I'll check the backroom." He goes back there and comes back and asks his manager about it. He comes back to us and says, "Well, we have it but we can't sell it to you." I look at him and give him a dirty look. I thought I was gonna die! I asked why not and he said, "It doesn't come out until August 10 so we can't sell it until then." We had him reserve it so when we come and get it it will be there. Gr...I got mad and left the store. We come back August 10 and tell them our situation and then the guy (another guy) went in the backroom and came back out. They couldn't find it! After anticipating 2 weeks they tell me they can't sell it to me and then they can't find. I was gonna stand there until they did find it. Finally after 30 minutes they find it. That sucked.
