1 box chocolate cake mix

1 box chocolate pudding mix (not instant)

Chocolate chips

Make the pudding following directions on package. When it is finished pour cake mix into the hot pudding. Mix well. Pour into a 9 ½ x 13 in. pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. (Nuts Optional) Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
