Spaghetti and Meatballs


Sauce:

In large pan, pour enough olive oil to cover the bottom. Peel several garlic cloves, and slice them thinly. Place them in the olive oil. Burn the garlic until it turns black. Then remove. Allow oil to cool for a few min. Then add 2 large cans tomatoe juice, 3 large cans tomatoe paste, 1 tsp. Crushed red pepper, 1 tsp. Salt, ¾ cup grated Romano Cheese.

Meatballs:

1 lb. Ground beef, 1 lb. Ground pork, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. Salt, ½ cup grated Romano Cheese. Mix all ingredients together, shape into balls, and cook in oven at 350 degrees until browned well. Add to sauce and simmer for at least 4 to 5 hours stirring occasionally.

Serve over pasta, and enjoy!
