This is the scene known to most as "Todd's Rape". Powell has taken Todd hostage. Powell believes that Todd is 'inside' him. That he is Todd...that is why Powell raped the nurses etc. Powell makes Todd beg for his life and stuffs a sweatband into his mouth, just like they did Marty. After a brief struggle Todd gets the gun away from Powell. Powell begs Todd to shoot him. Todd says is if he wants to die, for Powell to do it himself. Todd throws the gun on the bed and begins to leave then Bo and Andy come in and talk Powell into going with them for "a ride".
