Silent Winged Beast
The villagers have all welcomed
in the lone beast to reside
and live amongst them.
They've since tended his wounds
and shouldered his cries
and concieved a monument
embedded gold for eyes.
Dawn invites patterns of worship
and the beast desires no sacrifice.
