Ollieing Downstairs
- 1. Start with like three stairs, then work your way up to the big leagues.
- 2. Figure out how much speed you need. Longer stairs mean you’d better go faster.
- 3. You want to pop an ollie right at the end of the stairs.
- 4. You also want to make sure you keep your weight centered and board straight to avoid slamming.
- 5. Spot your landing.
- 6. Begin extending your legs so you can absorb the impact.
- 7. Make the board touch the ground, make sure your weight is centered.
- 8. Absorb the shock.
- 9. Ride it out.
- 10. Find some bigger stairs.
