The History of Stellar Plastics Corporation.

Stellar Plastics Corporation was started in 1990 as a 50% equal ownership between Samuel Buchsbaum and Gregory Freimuth. The company was founded as a Custom Injection Molder in 12,500 square feet in Wood Dale, Illinois.
Initially, eight injection molding machines were purchased, however within three years, we had a total of thirteen.
Running out of room, the company moved to St. Charles, Illinois in February of 1994. Currently Stellar Plastics has twenty-one injection molding machines in 30,000 square feet.
In addition to being a custom molder, Stellar has the capabilities of hot stamp, ultrasonic welding, assembly and a specialized gypsum filling process.
Mr. Buchsbaum retired from Stellar Plastics Corporation on December 31, 1999.
