Andy Marsden was having second thoughts about confronting Conner. Marsden, you big wimp! Andy thought as he saw Conner and then realized that he was backing up. "Conner! C.!" Andy called. Conner turned around. "What?" "Come here." Andy gestured to his spot. Conner sighed, obviously not wanting to go there, but he obliged anyway. He walked over to where Andy stood. "Andy, this isn't about Tia, isn't it? Because if it is, I'm no in the mood to talk about it. Besides, she's ignored me for 3 days, why should she talk to me now?" Conner said bluntly. "No, no, no, Conner. This is about you. You, Conner, and that other life you've never told us about." Andy responded. Conner frowned. There was only one thing that bothered him more than the Tia thing did. It was the thing about himself. Deciding that he wouldn't talk about his life, he stared down at Andy from his towering vantage point. Hey, Andy was 5 flat, and he was well over that height. So, he simply shrugged and passed by him. "Conner Mcdermott, you are not going anywhere." Andy said firmly, taking hold of Conner's shirt and pulling him back. Conner was taken by surprise. Since when did his 5'0 and 100 pound friend had so much power? Andy smiled. "We, are going to my house. It's almost dismissal anyw-" Riiiiiiinnnggggg! "Whoops, there's the bell. Let's go." Andy pulled Conner along. * * * * * As Jessica Wakefield drove over to the hospital where Will was, she slowly practiced what she was going to say. Jessica then puled over to a stop in front of the hospital and she walked to his room on 2nd floor. "Hey, Will." Jessica said softly. "Jessica!" Will sat up, obviously stronger than 2 weeks ago, the time when he crashed into the mountain. "Great to see you." Jessica smiled as Will began to talk. She took a seat beside his bed. Jessica didn't know how it happened, but suddenly Will stopped talking and grinned a bit. Jessica's smile disappeared, and she slowly leaned closer toward Will, and so did he. Then their lips met tentatively. Then the kiss began to get more passionate. A while after Jessica realized what she was doing. She pulled away. "Jessica, I-" "I have to go." Jessica whispered. She turned around and ran out of the room, trying to block out Will's voice calling her name and the burning sensation she had on her lips. * * * * * "Hey. Is there still space in there for the funny column?" A familiar voice asked. Elizabeth smiled at the voice behind her. Winston! Winston's back! She thought joyously. True enough, when Elizabeth turned around, it was Winston. Winston Egbert smiled. "Missed me?" "Missed you? Winston Egbert, where have you been since August?" Elizabeth cried. "In Canada, having my leg operated. Turns out the earthquake somehow damaged my leg. But now I'm back. Canada has the best bone docs. So what did I miss?" Winston replied. "What did you miss? Winston, it will probably take me 4 hours to tell you everything that had happened! Like the thing with the El Carro students studying with us and Jessica being called a slut " Elizabeth said. "WHAT?" Winston's eyes widened. "Jessica? Wakefield? Your twin? Outcast? No way. And El Carrorites?" Elizabeth laughed. "That's over, thank God." But then Elizabeth realized something. "Where's Maria Santelli? She was also gone." "Maria's little sister got an injury in the shoulder and had to go to Ohio. She's returning in time for Christmas." Winston informed Elizabeth. "Wow. So if Maria comes back, say, December 24, she'll be here in 3 weeks!" Elizabeth murmured. "Yeah. Well, what's up with you and Todd?" Elizabeth's heart suddenly skipped a beat and she began to sweat a bit. "T-Todd?" Oh, he's going out with Alyssa Martin and I'm g-going out with C-Conner Mcmortde-ah- McDermott." Why am I so nervous? Elizabeth thought. "Well, see you Liz. I'm off to meet Toddie boy. I hope he doesn't get a heart attack." Elizabeth chuckled happily. "I'll go with you." * * * * * Jessica ran out of the hospital, choking back anguished sobs. Why? Why had she kissed Will Simmons and betrayed Jeremy? Because you love him, that's why. That's why you kissed Will, Jessica. Because you love him. "No, no, no." Jessica mumbled to herself. "I love Jeremy. Jeremy Aames." But somehow it was getting harder and harder to tell her self that. * * * * *
"Andy, you passed by your house." Conner pointed out. "I know." Andy turned left into the street where Tia lived. "Andy-Andy what are you DOING?" Conner almost yelled. "You'll see." Andy replied. "No-Andy! I'm not going to see Tia!" Conner cried. "Yes, you are." Andy said firmly. He pulled to a stop in front of Tia's home. "C'mon, let's go, Conner." Andy began pulling him out of the door. Conner grunted something that Andy couldn't understand and then followed into Tia's house. The moment they stepped inside, a small voice greeted Conner's ears. "Andy! Conner!" it was Tomąs, Tia's little brother. "Hey, Andy. Um, hey, Conner." Miguel then turned to Tomąs. "Let's go, Tomąs. I want to beat Jessč in Tekken." It looked like Miguel knew what was up with Tia and Conner. But before Miguel left the room, he cast one look at Conner and Andy. "Tee's upstairs." He said. Conner smiled at him. "Okay." Andy began walking up the stairs, Conner following without a word. Andy quietly slipped into Tia's room. "Tee?" Andy said. "Conner's here." "Huh." Tia mumbled. Conner stepped in. "I'm sorry, Tia. I'm really sorry that I got mad at you for no reason. I took out my anger for my mom at you. I didn't mean to." Tia smiled. "All that's missing is for you to get down on one knee." She remarked, giggling. "Fine." Conner got down on one knee. This time, Tia and Andy burst out laughing. "Ah, my princess, will you ever forgiveth me?" Andy quipped jokingly. "Conner Mcdermott, you look ridiculous." Tia spluttered. Conner got a glimpse of himself in Tia's full-length mirror and he too had to laugh. "Does this mean we're friends again?" he asked hopefully. "Not until you kick Jessč's butt at Tekken. He's been bragging nonstop ever since he beat me yesterday." Tia answered. Andy laughed again. "So that's who was babbling away in the living room a while ago." "That was Jessč, all right." Tia said wryly. "Now let's go." Conner smiled and went downstairs with Tia. * * * * * "Where's Liz?" she wondered. Then she found a note. Maria, I'm in the gym with a big surprise.
"Gym. Okay." Maria left the Oracle office. Elizabeth stepped into the gym, her arm around Winston's shoulders. "Look who's back!" she screamed. All of the original SVHers smiled and went to Winston, asking questions. Ken and Todd walked over to Winston. "Man, where have you been?" Todd asked, smiling. "Ask Liz." Winston replied. Then he launched into a ridiculously high voice. "My, how you two have grown! You become such big men!" Ken and Todd and Elizabeth laughed. "He's been in Canada, getting his leg operated. Maria is in Ohio, but she's returning before Christmas." Elizabeth related. "Who's in Ohio?" Maria Slater stepped into the gym. She gave Ken a look that said: "I'm glad we talked last night." Then her eyes widened as she saw Winston. "Winston!" she shrieked. "What happened to you?" "Canada. Operation in the leg." Elizabeth interjected, getting tired of repeating the same thing again and again. Maria laughed and merrily kissed Ken on the cheek. Everyone stared. "We're a couple." Ken said. "Oh wow!" Elizabeth cried. Things were getting better and better- Now if only Elizabeth can figure out her feelings for Todd was it confusion? Infatuation? Or was it something like Love? This is most probably your favorite part so far, with
all the good news. But there was some bad news mixed
in-except if you're a Will-and-Jessica fan. (I'm not,
personally.) And what's up with Todd and Liz? Are they
longing to get back together again? Just joking the
words I used are from my first fan fic. Oops. Totally
