 Lila is Jessica's best friend - or worst enemy, depending how you look at it. They fight over everything, whether it be guys, clothes, or who should be Prom Queen. But deep down, she really isn't as shallow as she seems - she really cares about Jessica, and as much as she would hate to admit it, her world isn't just shopping and guys; she's had some pretty rough times. She almost been date-raped, which she needed counselling for months about, and her father is always to busy to really care about what she does. Her parents divorced when she was little, and though they got back together in the end, she was alone for a lot of her childhood. Some people still see Lila as a selfish bitch, and, well, I guess SY doesn't exactly discourage that, but if you look deep down, she really isn't that bad. ~Mel~ |
