Chains of Love

Her name tastes sweet upon my lips
A face of beauty to launch a hundred ships
Soft as silk yet hard as steel
Love for her is all I feel
Lips like fire, eyes like ice
Loving her has its price
She holds my heart for evermore
As I walk down life's corridor
Warrior princess bold and brave
My tears fall for you upon the grave
I think of you as I taste the rain
And hear the wind whisper your name
I must let you die, this I know
I send you this kiss before I go
Lord I pray, Oh hear my plea
Break these chains and set me free
