Blade:When a wrestler cuts himself to shed blood during a match with a razor blade, which is usually hidden in their wrist tape./Steve Austin bladed at Wrestlemania 13, and passed out due to loss of blood.
Booker:The person who comes up with angles, pick the match winners, comes up with gimmick ideas, and hires and fires wrestlers./When Jake Roberts was the booker for the WWF, he came up with the idea where Steve Austin went to Brian Pillman's house, and Pillman pulled out a gun.
Bump:When a wrestler takes a huge fall./Terry Funk and Catus Jack took a huge bump when they were pushed off of the stage in a dumpster by the NAO.
Dark Match:A match before a show that is not aired on TV./Before RAW begins, dark matches are held, and won't be aired on TV.
Face:The good guy, the fan favorite./When the Rock quit The Corporation, he became a huge face.
Fued:When two wrestlers or tag teams fight with each other over the course of several weeks./In the 80s, Hulk Hogan and Andre The Giant engaged in a ledgendary fued.
Heat:(1)When a wrestler gets a large response from the fans;(2)When the fans give a wrestler tons of jeers./(1)The Rock gets tremendous heat when he says "If Ya Smell What The Rock Is Cookin'";(2)When Triple H or The Big Show come to the ring, they get tremendous heat.
Heel:The bad guy, the rule breaker/Vince McMahon became a huge heel when he was revealed to be the bigger power.
House Show:A wrestling show that is not shown on TV./Bret Hart defeated Ric Flair for the world title at a house show at the October 1993 house show, so many fans didn't get to see the title change hands.
Job:To lose the match./Shawn Michaels jobbed to Steve Austin at Wrestlemania 14 to lose the world title.
Jobber:A wrestler who constantly loses matches./The Brooklyn Brawler is one of the most well known jobbers.
Juice:Blood/Stone Cold Steve Austin juiced at the 1998 King of The Ring.
Kayfabe:To stay in character./Usually when wrestlers go on talk shows they do not break kayfabe.
Mark:Fans who think all of the angles are real./Anyone who thinks Vince McMahon really hated Stone Cold Steve Austin is a huge mark.
Over:When a wrestler's gimmick is accepted by the fans or when a wrestler recieves legitimate heat./Steve Austin is the most over wrestler today.
Pop:The crowd's reaction to a wrestler./When The Rock comes down, he gets a huge pop.
Push:When a wrestler goes on a winning streak./Steve Austin got a huge push when the WWF saw the fans loved him.
Screw Job:When a match ends in a DQ, Count-Out, or No-Contest./The Sid/Hulk Hogan match at Wretlemania 8 ended in a screw-job due to interferance by Papa Shango.
Shoot:When some bumps in a match are real. Something happens when it is not supposed to happen./Vince McMahon screwing Bret Hart at Survivor Series was a shoot.
Shoot Interview:An interview where a wrestler breaks kayfabe./When Raven talks about DDP being Eric Bischoffs neighbor, it is a shoot interview.
Smart:A person who knows what's going on in the industry. Understanding the buisness factor of wrestling and not just the entertainment factor./Dave Meltzer is smart because he knows what is going on in wrestling all the time.
Spots:The unforgettable hilights of a match./A spot from the 1998 King of The Ring was when the Undertaker through Mankind off of the Hell in a Cell Cage a good 20 feet through a table.
Tweener:A wrestler that isn't a heel or a face./When Diesel attacked Bret Hart at Survivor series, but was still friends with HBK, he was a tweener.
Work:Something that is planned ahead of time./Vince McMahon's hatred for Steve Austin was all a work.
Working Snug:Making the moves look as real and as painful as possible./The Rock is a working snug because at Wrestlemania 15, he actually did a backflip and screamed in pain after the Stone Cold Stunner.
