When you feel the breeze caress your face
Think of me and the kiss that brushed your lips

When you feel the sun warm upon your shoulders
Think of me and my love that held you in warm embrace

When you feel the tickle of the grass beneath your feet
Think of my fingers tracing patterns on your chest

When something said brings a smile to your face
Think of me and the humor we once shared

When the storm clouds your thoughts and sleep wont come
Think of me and the times I soothed your soul and you soothed mine

When your mind is racing and your hands begin to shake
Think of me and the unbridled passion we once shared

When you search the crowd for the love you crave
Think of me and the intensity my eyes once held for you

When your heart and bed are empty
Think of me and why you left me

When the rain begins and soaks you to the core
Think of me and the tears that I once wore

And when with someone new you do explore
Know that I am also searching for someone to adore

But when the loneliness sets in and you crave a caring soul
Reach deep within your memory where my friendship will dwell

And perhaps when the world leans too hard on me
