Keyboard Commands What It Does CMD + A This Command Will Select A Whole Page Of Text CMD + C This Command Will Copy The Selected Text CMD + X This Command Will Cut The Selected Text CMD + V This Command Will Paste The Copied/Cut Text Shift + Arrow Keys This Command Will Select Specific Text CMD + G This Command Will Advance To The Next Find Word CMD + B This Command Will Go Back To The Last Find Word


Instructions For Copying-n-Pasting Sig Codes

In your Email


1. Go to the signature you want to use.

2. Find the box below the sig and push your return button. "This will make your cursor work".

3. Push your SHIFT key and your ARROW UP key at the same time, "this will highlight the codes". You may also need to push SHIFT and arrow over "left" when you get to the top of the codes to get them all highlighted.

4. When all of the codes are highlighted push the CMD and C at the same time. "This will cut the codes".You should hear a click sound.

5. Go to your signature box located in your email settings. Go to the top far left corner of the box and push CMD and V."This will Paste the code" in your sig box.After the code appears scroll back down and hit DONE.
