Good Intentions

If I said what you say,
I’d be a Disney bully.
Do you teach me to be good,
Or teach me conformity?
If I mirrored what you said to me,
You’d probably call it sin.
You think you’re bein’ nice to me,
You try to let me in.
But like everyone else,
You don’t see
What “bein’ nice”,
Can do to me.
The things you think, do, or say,
Are done so you’ll feel strong.
Like everyone else you won’t admit,
That maybe that’s all wrong.
