         Information about me:

Like the rest of you Indians I graduated in 1961.From 1961 to 1966 I went to Western IL. University where I received a B.S. in Education. I had orders to be drafted by the U.S. Army in 1966,but signing a teaching contract at Tampico IL. Jr. High got me deferred for the time being. Three brothers in Vietnam would not have been good for the bad boys anyway. Brothers David and Gary did their stint. At Tampico,I coached 3 different sports by myself and taught in the Jr. High for 3yrs.,like our one coach ,Bob Prusator. Then I went with these kids to high school and taught Social Studies there for 9 yrs. I got married after the first yr. of teaching and we had three nice boys. In 1978 I decide to reconnect with the farm. I became a sales representative for First Miss Inc, a chemical & fertilizer dealer in Deer Groove,IL. where I now live to this very day. In 1981 I became single again, but along came Shirley with two girls, so in 1982 my 3 boys and her 2 daughters became a great big ball of fun. Eventually 5 teenagers at one time. From First Miss Inc. to International Minerals and chemicals(IMC) to FS in 1987. I went from salesman to salesman & plant manager at Deer GRoove. I have also been MAYOR of this big village for several yrs. Stop in I I think everyone knows where I live,--unfortunately! Then in April of 2001 comes some more bad news -I got divorced again. I think (HOPE) I have learned a couple of hard lessons --no more wedding rings-- Thank God all my kids are all grown and raised, and have kids of their own.(ll grandkids!)Laurie-34--Lisa-33--Jay-33-Scott-32 Tom(yes Tom Brokaw like the newscaster) 29- We have a great place to eat in town here called The Happy Spot--perhaps some of you have heard of this or been there.Come on over and l'll treat--but not all of you at once.
