NeeChee has two distinguishable white stripes on his tail. He is the thinker and the schemer. He'll rarely look you in the eyes unless he's really pissed off. NeeChee has six toed paws, which makes him an expert lock-picker. This comes in handy for the posse sometimes. NeeChee is a Nihilist.
