So we started with Less Than Jake, I had no clue who these people were. I am glad that I got to see them. I went fucking wild. I was jumping around and dancing and just having a blast. |

So we move to The Used... Once again didnt know who the fuck they were... and decided half way threw it to keep it that way... I left. | ||
Ahhh... and now Snoop.
I was blown away by snoop. Now understand I loved Snoop when I was... like... 13 or so... Ya know when he came out. But never in my life did I think I would see him live... let alone LOVE IT!! I did! I dont know that I would want to see him at a real rap concert unless he did the same shit. I'll explain... Yea I was looking forward to Snoop but was also looking more forward to him being over so I could see Korn. Set up was taking forever. I remember saying How long dose a fuckin rapper need to set up... They use a dj and a lot of people!! So he finally came on and "ROCKED"!!! He drew the metal croud like none other. For anyone that saw the Family values 98 live or on tape... We all saw Ice Cube take a metal croud and et them into it... Snoop blew Mr. Cube out of the water!!! He did his entire act with metal! All the songs that I remember as a kid... Lodi Dodi, Gin n Juice, ect. He had a few segments that the croud impressed me. First off was "Rock that shit" Yea every one was singing but the best part of it was his "family singing". Sha na na na Na na na na Hey hey hey SNOOP DOG!! He started with the muzic loud and getting the crowd loud then he started lowering the muzic and keeping the crowd loud... Next he wanted the crowd to sing low... real low... you could hear every letter to every word as clear as audio... It was amazing... Trust me when I say SNOOP DOG ROCKS THAT SHIT!! Not to mention Snoop loved the corwd as much as we ended up loving him!! |

Korn, Korn, Korn!!! Better than last time... for me. We were so tired by the time korn came on but we still found the engery to get into it. We were so close that we could see their eyeballs!! They were amazing as always and opened with Right Now!! We got "Got the life", "Somebody, Someone", |

What you will read here is being wrote exactly 1 week after the concert. If you go to Teri's Journal I will explain why I was unable to write before.
For the really mind blowing parts of the show that they put on we turn to bands like Stereo MC of the early 1980s and Pink Floyd. Now I am unawear if anyone knows the first band I have mentiond but I know you all know the song... Word Up! Then the ledgendary Brick in the Wall. The covered another as well but those are the two off hand that I can tell you. For anyone that missed this show... I feel for you. It was incredible. |
