Illinois 153 is a fairly short north-south route in southwestern Illinois, namely Randolph and Washington Counties. It connects several rural areas together.
Intersections from north to south:
IL153 joins IL13 westbound a little ways into Coulterville
Then it breaks off and heads southwest
IL153 terminates at IL154 at Eden.
It passes through these towns: Coulterville and Eden, which is slightly east of Sparta.
