Part I ; The terms and conditions having been negotiated and agreed to identically understood , Arcania hereafter referred to as "Artist" and ; _____________ Hereafter referred to as "Venue" , mutually pledge to each other Their solemn word to abide wholeheartedly to the terms and conditions contained herein . Part II ; The Venue hereby agrees to subsidize wholly for the ammount of ______ Dolars and _______ Cents (U.S. Currency ) for the Artist to put on an exebition starting at or about __:__ (A.M./P.M.) and lasting untill at or about __:__ (A.M./P.M.) for the date(s) listed in the above part I . For the express purpose of public recitals , aimed at the mutual benefits of both parties .

Part III ; The Artist as mentioned in the above part I being Arcania who is ; Kenny Tuttle (Lead Vocals) , Todd Somers (Guitars) , Tony Hilderbrand (Bass Guitars) , and , Kieth DeWar (Drums) Agree to appaer at the above venue , and to perform a public recital to the best of theyr'e abilaty . And only thereafter shall The Artist receive the above agreed Subsidy fee of $__.__ .

Part IV ; Release from commitment ; It is understood by both parties going into this agreement that either or both parties may make this agreement null and void with no less than Four working days , which does not include the days of Saturday , or Sunday . And this must be agreed apon in writing by both parties . This agreement may be renewed , or rescheduled in the event of an emergancy by either party within twenty four hours of the enacting date .

Part V ; We ___________ referred to within this agreement as "Venue" with My principal place of business at ; _______________________ (City) :_______________ (State):____ (Zip):________ Freely enter into this agreement of Our own volition on the above aforementioned date(s) , and agree to abide by this agreement for the life of this contract .
