Silvana Lupetti was addressing the issue of violence against Christianity in the United States recently. She said that the Holy Spirit showed that there is a barrier that used to be in place, which is now removed. This was a barrier between violence towards priests, nuns, and pastors, (religious leaders) and a barrier against violence towards children, women, and elderly people. The barrier is down in the spirit. She said that the Father removed this protective barrier, which was from Him, because of the rejection of God throughout the whole country. Silvana said that television will begin to reflect that the barrier is down (they did not used to show violence towards children; it was considered too shocking to show) and in the world we shall see more violence towards priests, women, elderly, etc.

Here is an example of the changing attitudes within this nation: a Christian group used to protest every year against the gay parade and "gay day" at Disney. This year the church did not protest, and instead gays are planning to protest at the Christian convention. The enemy is on the move and Jesus is calling us to respond to His Holy Spirit, and to stand for Him.
