SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) -- A man walked into a church and fatally stabbed his
estranged girlfriend in front of parishioners, police said.
Strodd Harris, 34, was charged with murder after the slaying Sunday night.
Arnetha Williams, 39, was stabbed in front of 20 to 30 people in a meeting
room at St. John's Baptist Church, police said. She died later at a hospital.
The suspect was arrested at a relative's home about three hours later.
Police said Harris was arrested a week ago at the same church after an
argument with Williams.
