• Capture realtime video and encode AVI, QCIF and CIF files to H.263 format file.
• For study only, not for sale.

System requirement

• Video capture card that support VFW API.
• Set input video format to 8, 16 or 24 bits/pixel and uncompressed format.
• or use AVI, QCIF or CIF (*.avi,*.qcif,*.cif) files for input video.

Note

• Not support B-frame [may be supported in next version].
