His first role was on "One Life To Live" as daytime telivision's first gay teenager, Billy Douglas. And many other small TV roles. Ryan soon started to be found in movies. He had appearances in "Crimson Tide" (1995), "Invader" (1997, Private Ryan), "Nowhere" (1997, Shad), and "Little Boy Blue" (1997). He then went on to his breakthrough role as the tragic charactor, Gil Martin in 1996's "White Squall". His next big role was as Barry Cox (my personal favorite) in Kevin Williamson's "I Know What You Did Last Summer". Then he moved on to star in "Studio 54". He had to take dance lessons for this role.
Ryan is 5'10 weighs about 157 lbs. His dirty blond hair is naturally curly His waist is about 30-32. His beautiful eyes are blue/hazel color.
