Of the many events that have transpired few have
noticed the passing of the mantle from Elijah to Elisha. For it is a gradual thing and it has started.
And as the company of the Elijah prophets continues to grow and continues to increase yet even a
portion of that ministry is ultimately to impart a greater anointing upon those who seek for, and yearn
for, the opportunity to be a vessel of honor unto Me.
For there are many who desire to utilize and
manifest, and even teach, all the gifts that I have given unto My people. And there are many who
have earnestly sought with tears, imploring and great personal sacrifice to be towers of strength manifesting My power. And because of the adoration of men and women who have supposed them to be
of a more special status than they are, their heads have turned from seeking Me in My heaven for
the manifestations of My power, and they have turned downward to gaze at the adoring faces of those
who have elevated them to a position of prominence. And they have failed to realize that they were
vessels of honor unto Me because of the condition of their heart and not because of the condition
of their speech. And as their heart changed and they became hardened unto My voice, and hearkened
unto the voices of their admirers, so I let them continue in their abounding sin under My grace until
they were such an insult to Me and to the cause of Christ, that I had no choice, within the parameters
of My justice, except to expose their folly to all.
But in this day and in this hour there are many,
who in brokenness and humility, have cried unto Me that they may become a vessel of honor unto
Me, and that they may express My will for My people. And that they would be able to bring light
into many of the darkened areas of My church, the people who are called by My name. And as they
had followed in the steps of those of notoriety they have learned from many that this is not what they
desire. And they have refused to follow these self-proclaimed experts with grandiose titles and they
have seen that this is not a true servants heart and they have turned from these vessels of clay who
have ceased to honor Me.
And they turned instead to Me and they have said
to Me, “We have seen Your negative examples, we have seen these vessels of clay that have
lost their honor and that is not the way for me. Show me Your way, Father. Show me Your will.
Perfect me, protect me. Bring me unto Yourself and show me what You would have me to know.
For I desire to be a vessel of honor. I desire to do those things that You would have me to do. I
don’t want money, I don’t want fame, I don’t want position. I want to be Your
servant. I want to be known as a servant of the most high God. And as You utilize me, Father, and
I’m elevated in the eyes of men, break me, Father, of that which could become pride in me,
break me and continue to use me. For I don’t desire fame, and notoriety and title and position
in this world. I want only to be known as the servant of the most high God, doing His will. Anoint
me, Father, anoint me that I may be capable of doing the things that You have given unto me to
do.”
And I’ve heard the cries of these and
I’m pouring out My anointing upon these. And as the prophetic Elijah company continues
to prepare the way of the coming of My Son, Jesus Christ—and they shall continue—there
are those that shall receive from these “Elijahs” and they shall operate in the spirit and
in the power of Elijah with a double anointing of Elisha.
And it shall come to pass that a little child shall
lead them. For the child-like and the child alike shall be the servants in My kingdom and they shall
be My vessels of honor says the Lord.
