On October 6, 1855 he married Sarah Lipps in Clay County, Kentucky.Silas and Nancy had the following children: Malinda Reed, Calvin, Harvey, Anderson, William, Isham, Elisha, Lucinda, and James.
Calvin Lunsford
Calvin Lunsford was born about 1829 in Clay County, Kentucky. He married Susan Baum on February 6, 1854 in Clay County, Kentucky. Calvin and Susan had the following children: Mary M, Lutecia, and Lucinda.
Anderson Lunsford
Anderson Lunsford was born about 1834 in Clay County, Kentucky. He married Elizabeth Lipps on January 15, 1856 in Clay County, Kentucky. He served in the Civil War for the Union Army in the 47th Regiment, Company D, in Kentucky. He died March 12, 1885 in Clay County, Kentucky. Anderson and Elizabeth had the following children: Silas, Stephen B., Harvey, Lucinda, Robert, George, Lee Ann, Hugh, and Emma.
Isham Lunsford
Isham Lunsford was born about 1838 in Clay County, Kentucky. He married Margaret Kelly on December 28, 1859 in Clay County, Kentucky. Isham died October 18, 1863 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He died while serving in the Civil War. Isham and Margaret had the following children: Rachel and Louisa
Elisha F. Lunsford
Elisha F. Lunsford was born October 31, 1841 at Jack's Branch, Clay County, Kentucky. He married Patience M Kelly on October 31, 1865 in Manchester, Clay County, Kentucky. He died on March 12, 1921 in Franklin County, Indiana. He is buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery in Brookville, Indiana. Elisha and Patience had the following children: Sarah Malinda, Joseph Alexander, Martha Jane, Susan E., Emily C, Mary K, Henry M, Purliney, Alice, John g, William Pierson, Fred Benge, and Frank Wright.
