This Crest of Armour shows the symbol of our Nation (represented by the blue & yellow Shield in the middle), guarded from the right by our father, the hero "Omar Al-Mukhtar" who led the resistance against the Italian invaders (1911-1931); from the left, by the Arabian Horse; from above, by the Arabian Falcon; from below, by the Libyan Soil; and from behind, by the Arabian curved Sword.
