Sean @ Chinese Summer Camp, Jul/2002
Sean is in the 4th grade.
He is in GATE (Gifted And Talented Education), and
he enjoys those silly works a lot. One
of their GATE assignments was to identify the everyday hero - MOM. MOM loves to SLEEP, MOM told him that “Have
your own ideas, don’t just listen and follow others.” (The teacher wrote: “What
a smart mom!” Mom totally agrees with
the teacher!!) One thing learned from
MOM is: “If you want other people be nice to you, you have to be nice to other
people first.” One other assignment
they had was to choose 4 most important things in their life. Sean picked: Accomplishment, Knowledge,
Integrity, and Wealth.
Sean enjoys drawing very much. Mom and Sean like to draw together and share
their tips.
Sean is an expert in Chinese yo-yo. He is able to do lots of tricks and he
actually trained his friend, Roman (1/4 Hispanic, ¾ Italian), to do Chinese
yo-yo too. Roman’s mom plans to sign
him up for Chinese Culture Camp with Sean next summer.
Sean’s other best friend, Jay, is a city Cowboy
(WOW!!! He has his own horse!). Jay lives on a Ranch with cows, horses,
dogs, cats, ducks, and rabbits. Jay
wears cowboy boots all the time. If you
ask, Jay would tell you many ways to get dog pu off his cowboy boots…
Sean and Robert, Cousin Julie’s 3rd boy, are getting along so well. They can talk forever. Somehow, these 2 little monkeys talk softly and non-stop all the time. Sean and Robert are in the same Cub Scout Den.
