Parker City
February/March 2013 Events and Happenings

Nice to be Popular...I think.

Need a rain or a match.

And the Weatherman WAS NOT WRONG.

All hands on deck around midnight, cept me.
I have to sleep in 2 or 3 hours extra while piles are being formed. ;)

Snow all day.

Snowing and blowing kept streets white and replowed all morning.

But all streets bare by midday.

So Much for Spring.

Nice sunny morning, ha, windy and 14 degree sunrise and second day in a row.
Last year we were in the 80s by now.
Check out the trees and grass in the 2012 egg hunt pictures.

14 degree frost is a pain and really stuck.

And Then This?

Hope he is wrong, really really wrong.

Most of the Winter Debris at the Park seems to be Shingles

Looks like gonna need a roofer.

Just had to brag on March didn't I?

Cold sunrise and flurries all day.

But still got some action outta Terry.

Speaks for itself.

March even Better.

Flags indicating a southerly flow. Saw 60 degrees later in the day.

These guys have been showing up lately too.

And the trees are needing a couple more warm days to open all these buds.

March Starting out Fine.

Jerry's opened.

Little League signing up.

Ran Del finished their elevator project.
(Wonder how much it sways in the wind?)

Then things took a TURN.

8 to 9 inches of the white stuff through the night.

The piles are back, moving them all morning.

All night plowing by Jimmy and Matt had the streets bare by noon.

Still plenty of piles for day 2 though.

As usual, Jerry's week followed by a big snow.

February not bad ...so far. Maybe there is something to this groundhog thing.

Tho I've still been seeing geese going south.

This guy still pays a visit to his favorite tree every morning.

Has to be a red-tailed hawk. Didn't know they grew them so big, and he is watching me.

Ran-Del taking advantage of a calm warm February day to make repairs.

Higher than I care to be.
