The Sections of Train Tracks Built on the Fulton St Lot
have been completed and being moved by these big guys.

Joe Frazier of Indiana Rural Water Alliance brought a "modern" gadget to make
flow measurements easier and simpler and it quit the second day.
So we finished with older technology.
Manway Closed and Sealed and We Have Our Tower Back
and some filling began. The bolts leaked somewhat but retightening solved the problem.

Still open to allow airflow up through the standpipe aiding paint curing inside the tank.
Just needs the ok to put the little container of chlorine sitting there on the platform inside, close and bolt the door and begin filling.
