Q and A with Ty Miller!!!

Hi everyone! Recently we have been lucky enough to have been able to ask our favorite actor a few questions. Yes we do know how lucky we are, and we would like to share it with all you great fans too. Enjoy ! Thanks for everything Ty!!!

1. We understand that you are in a band,

I write, sing and play (mostly guitar)...however it's not so much a band anymore than it's me continuing to write material. Hopefully I will have another band soon.

It's hard to describe your own music, but I can tell you what I'm currently into! Jeff Buckley, Radiohead, Leonard Cohen, Ron Sexsmith, Neil Young(always!), and a bunch of great local artists here in L.A.! (Support your local music scene!!!!)

2. What got you interested in acting?

Honestly, I got into acting by being around it. By that I mean by growing up in Los Angeles, and really not having a strong direction towards anything else! I graduated from USC with a business degree, but I didn't have the interest in it. I became more interested in acting the more I was exposed to it, and then I worked very hard to get better.

3. Have you studied in theatre groups?

I've studied with various teachers, and right now I'm going back into class with a great teacher named Ivana Chubbuck.

4. Any future acting plans ?

Well, I really thought I had given it up for a while (I guess I did really!), but my goals right now are to get back into class for a while and then get back in front of the camera, but I can't really expect to give that goal a deadline, as it's somewhat out of my control if I'm hired, but if I put the work in, it shouldn't be too long!! (sound of knocking on wood!).

5. How would you compare yourself with "The Kid" ?

At that time, I think I was a lot like Kid. He has a lot of integrity for goals that seem pure, even though he may be a bit overzealous in his means to achieve them.

6. I know there are many moments you must treasure when you were on "The Young Riders". Are there any moments that stick out that you would like to share ?

I miss the people I worked with, both cast and crew. We all really had a family out there in Tucson, and sometimes I go back and it hits me how much I miss it. It was an adventure from the very first day!

7. Many of our/your fans of the web page are die hard Kid/Lou fans. Do you have any comments on what it was like working with Yvonne Suhor ?

Yvonne was a lot of fun to work with; we both had significant others' at the time, so we were very professional on and off set, but I will say it was very easy to have that kind of chemistry with her!

8.Do you keep in contact with the other cast members ?

I spoke to Josh about a year ago, and he was very well. I try to keep up with how everyone is doing through the press, but we all know that's a sketchy source of information! Actually, I get lot's of updates through Jolene Jass' "Young Riders Unite"! (Thanks, Jolene!)

9. Are you married? Kids?

Not married, no kids. Someday maybe.....someday!
