Thank you Lord
For the girl of my dreams
I mean, my word
I've tried all kinds it seems

Oh, but she's great
A blessing from you indeed
It couldn't be fate
For you gave to fullfill my need

Sure, its a need
One I didn't know I had
But now I see
She's all I need to have

I didn't really know
I'd find someone so fast
That to me you'd show
One better than all the past

She is a gift
One which I do not deserve
She is surely a fit
To a space only for her
