Renewal of Mind

Oh God why can't I hear
Your words when spoken
This I often ask of you
I used to hear you often

Your answers are so few
Or maybe I still can't hear
You could be giving answers
To fall upon deaf ear

Some answers I do receive
Like of my mind renewal
This one I don't understand
Does this cause me to be a fool

Change my mind of all my thought
Would personality go
Along with mind gone past
To form a new Jon Doe

Is this what I need
To again hear your voice
This the 12th Roman says
Renewal of mind is choice
