Brett Buscher attended high school at Chesterton, where he played for his father Bob. As a senior in high school he averaged 21 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 2 steals, while shooting 61.3% from the field. Holds the Chesterton record for career points at 1365. Averaged better then 10points 6.9 rebounds in four years of varsity basketball. Was selected as an Indiana All-star and AP All-State. Is now at Purdue University playing basketball.
