Yr Ysgol Sul, lle hyfryd yw,
    Awn, awn i'r Ysgol Sul.
Cawn yno ddysgu geiriau Duw,
    Awn, awn i'r Ysgol Sul.
  Cawn beraidd ganu yn guttyn,
  Am eni'r Iesu,
      Ceidwad dyn;
  Ni awn i'r Ysgol Sul bob un,
    Awn, awn i'r Ysgol Sul.

Yn dorf gariadus awn yn llon,
    Awn, awn i'r Ysgol Sul.
Heb ddig na malais dan un fron,
    Awn, awn i'r Ysgol Sul.
  Cael adysg bur yn ngeiriau Duw,
  Y trysor gwethfawrocaf yw:
  Ni awn i'r Ysgol
      tra bo'n byw,
    Awn, awn i'r Ysgol Sul.

Diolchwn i'n hathrawon cu,
    Am dd'od i'n dysgu ni.
Chwi gewch eich tāl mewn gwynfyd fry,
    Am dd'od i'n dysgu ni.
  Fe dd'wedodd Iesu'r Bugail mwyn,
  Am i'w ddysgyblion bothi'r wyn,
  A daethoch chwithau yn ddigwyn,
    Do, do, i'n dysgu ni.

Chwi sydd yn meddu dysg a dawn,
    O dowch i'n dysgu ni;
Cysegrwch i ni un prydnawn,
    O dowch i'n dysgu ni.
  Pan oeddech ieuaingc dysgwyd chwi
  Gan rai oedd hŷn -
      mawr oedd eu bri -
  Dowch chwithau'n awr i'n dysgu ni,
    O dowch i'n dysgu ni.

The Sunday School, is a lovely place,
    Let us go, go to the Sunday School!
We may learn there the words of God,
    Let us go, go to the Sunday School!
  We will get sweetly to sing in agreement,
  About the birth of Jesus,
      the Saviour of man;
  We may go the Sunday School every one,
    Let us go, go to the Sunday School!

As a loving throng let us go cheerfully,
    Let us go, go to the Sunday School!
Without anger or malice under any breast,
    Let us go, go to the Sunday School!
  To get pure teaching in the words of God,
  The most precious treasure there is:
  Let us go to the School
      while ever we are living,
    Let us go, go to the Sunday School!

Let us give thanks to our dear teachers,
    For coming to teach us.
Ye shall get paid in paradise above,
    For coming to teach us.
  Jesus the gentle Shepherd said,
  For his disciples to feed the sheep,
  And ye also came uncomplainingly,
    Yes, yes, to teach us.

Ye who posses learning and talent,
    O come to teach us!
Consecrate to us one afternoon,
    O come to teach us!
  When ye were young ye were taught
  By those who were older -
      great was their renown -
  Come ye also now to teach us,
    O come to teach us!
