Aed dy efengyl Anwyl Iôr

(Gweddi Genadol)
Aed dy efengyl, Anwyl Iôr,
O wlad i wlad, o fôr i fôr;
  Fel na bo'n bod un enaid byw
  Heb glywed hael
      wahoddiad Duw.

Aed dy genadon, dirion Dad,
At bob rhyw lwyth,
    i bob rhyw wlad,
  A syrthied Dagon yn ddibarch,
  Yn ngolwg pawb o flaen dy Arch.
Casgliad Samuel Roberts 1841

(National Prayer)
Let thy gospel go, Dear Lord,
From land to land, from sea to sea;
  So that there be not one living soul
  Without hearing the generous
      invitation of God.

Let thy emissaries go, gentle Father,
To every kind of tribe,
    to every kind of land,
  And let Dagon fall dishonoured,
  In the sight of everyone before thy Ark.
tr. 2015 Richard B Gillion
