Awn awn (O 'wyllys calon oll pe cawn)

      Awn, awn
O 'wyllys calon oll pe cawn,
Ar fynydd Nebo, O na bawn!
  I farw'n llawn o ddawn fy Nuw;
    I wel'd gogoniant Canaan nef,
  A chydag ef dros fyth i fyw.

      Mi wn
Mai byw fy Mhrynwr anwyl hwn,
Er dwyn y pwys, y poen,
        a'r pwn,
  Oedd drwm a dwfn iawn ei faint;
    Teyrnasa ar y dda'r 'n y man,
  Cawn hyfryd ran
          o'i freiniol fraint.

      Daw, daw
Ein Priod adref o'r wlad draw,
Mae'r dyddiau llawen hyn gerllaw,
  Na bydd na'r braw, na'r pwn, na'r poen,
    Lle cawn ni yn dragwyddol fyw,
  Yn gweled Duw a'r santaidd Oen.

      Let us go, go
From the heart's will, all who could,
On mount Nebo, O that I might!
  I die full of the gift of my God;
    To see the glory of heaven's Canaan,
  And with him forever to live.

      I know
That this my dear Redeemer lives,
To take the weight, the pain,
        and the stroke,
  Which was of very heavy and deep extent;
    He will reign on the earth soon,
  We may get a delightful part
          of his noble privilege.

      Come, come
Home shall our Spouse from yonder land,
Those joyful days are at hand,
  There shall be neither the terror,
          nor the stroke, nor the pain,
    Where we shall get eternally to live,
  Seeing God and the holy Lamb.
