Bod hollalluog ydyw Duw

(Hollalluogrwydd Duw)
Bod hollalluog ydyw Duw,
Efe all ladd neu gadw'n fyw;
  Fe welir ei fawr allu Ef,
  Yn amlwg yn y ddae'r a'r nef.

Trwy'i allu mawr
    fe ddwg ei saint,
O bob caethidwed poen a haint;
  Fe'u cynnal
      â'i alluog ras,
  Fe gongcra'u
      holl elynion cas.

Fe bâr yr haulwen fawr
    a'r lloer,
Y sêr, y tân, y gwynt, a'r môr;
  I ymladd o blaid Sïon wan,
  Nes d'od o'r anial fyd i'r làn.

Un hollalluog ydyw Duw,
Ceiff pawb o'i blant eu cadw'n fyw;
  A'u cyrph ddaw'n llwyr
      i'r làn o'r bedd,
  I fyw yn dawel yn ei hedd.

[Mesur: MH 8888]

(The Omnipotence of God)
An omnipotent being is God,
He can kill or keep alive;
  His great power is to be seen,
  Evident in the earth and heaven.

Through his great power
    he will lead his saints,
From every captivity of pain and disease;
  He will support them
      with his powerful grace,
  He will conquer
      all their detestable enemies.

Endure shall the the great sun
    and the moon,
The stars, the fire, the wind and the sea;
  To fight on the side of weak Zion,
  Until coming up from the desert world.

One omnipotent is God,
All of his children will get kept alive;
  And their bodies will come whole
      up from the grave,
  To live quietly in his peace.
