Bywha dy waith, O! Arglwydd mawr,
Dy bresenoldeb rho yn awr;
  Ar allor aur dy Eglwys lân
  O! cynnau Di dy nefol dân.

Bywha dy waith, ymwêl drachefn
Â'th deml yn awr mewn gweddus drefn,
  A llwydda d'achos yn y byd
  Yn gyson trwy yr oesau i gyd.

Yr un yw d'Eglwys ym mhob oes
Er gwaethaf llid pob gelyn croes;
  O ddyddiau d'apostolion Di,
  Hyd heddiw fyth, yr un yw hi.

Yr un yw hon, ei nefol fraint
Yw cael ei galw'n Fam y Saint;
  Mae'n gwylio'r plant
      ar hyd eu taith,
  A'i gweddi yw: "Bywha dy waith."

Un corff, un bedydd, ac un ffydd,
Un Arglwydd, ac un Ysbryd sydd,
  Un ffordd i'n dwyn i ben ein taith -
  O! Arglwydd Iôr, bywha dy waith.

Bywha dy waith, O Arglwydd mawr,
Bydd gyda'th weision yma'n awr;
  Ar allor aur dy Eglwys lân
  Ailennyn di dy nefol dân.

Bywha dy waith, ymwêl drachefn
Â'th deml yn awr mewn gweddus drefn,
  A llwydda d'achos yn y byd
  Yn gyson trwy yr oesau i gyd.

Yr un yw d'Eglwys ym mhob oes,
Er gwaethaf llid
    pob gelyn croes;
  O'r apostolion hyd yn awr
  Safodd yn gryf, a theg ei gwawr.

Un Corff, un Bedydd, ac un Ffydd,
Un Arglwydd, ac un Ysbryd sydd,
  Un ffordd i'n dwyn i ben ein taith
  O Arglwydd mawr, bywha dy waith.

Revive thy work, O great Lord!
Thy presence give now;
  On the golden altar of thy holy Church
  O kindle thou thy heavenly fire!

Revive thy work, visit again
Thy temple now in decent order,
  And prosper thy cause in the world
  Constantly through all the ages.

The same is thy Church in every age
Despite the ire of every contrary enemy;
  From the days of thy apostles,
  Until today forever, the same she is.

The same is this, her heavenly privilege
Is to be called Mother of the Saints;
  She is watching the children
      along their journey,
  And her prayer is: "Revive thy work."

One body, one baptism, and one faith,
One Lord, and one Spirit there is,
  One way to lead us to our destination -
  O Sovereign Lord, revive thy work!

    enemy of the cross;
  From the apostles until now
  She stood strongly, and fair her dawn.
