Crist yn sylfaen a osodwyd,
  Cadarn Ben y gongol yw;
Ynddo ef pob rhan a unir
  O adeilad Eglwys Dduw;
Sďon sanctaidd nerthir ganddo,
  A thrwy ffydd mae ynddo'n byw.

Annwyl ddinas a gysegrwyd,
  Llawn gorfoledd ydyw hi;
Ynddi cyfyd peraidd foliant
  A soniarus Iwbili;
Mewn clodforedd y datseinir
  Mawl i Dduw, yr Un yn Dri.

Galwn arnat, Dduw Goruchaf,
  Tyred di i'r Eglwys hon;
Ac, er mwyn dy hael ddaioni,
  Doed ein gweddi ger dy fron;
Tywallt arnom yn wastadol
  Fendith lawn dy wyneb llon.

Boed i'th weision di sydd yma
  Gael pob braint a geisiant hwy;
A mwynhau o hyd y fendith
  Gyda'r saint heb ddiwedd mwy;
Nes teyrnasu mewn gogoniant
  Gyda thi uwchlaw pob clwy'.

Boed i Dduw yn y goruchaf
  Glod a moliant byth ar gân;
Un ac unrhyw yw gogoniant
  Tad a Mab ac Ysbryd Glân;
Hawl a gallu bythol iddynt
  Trwy'r holl oesau'n ddiwahân.

Christ was laid as a foundation stone,
  The firm Head of the corner he is;
In him every part is united
  Of the building of the Church of God;
Sacred Zion is strengthened by him,
  And through faith in him she lives.

Beloved city that was consecrated,
  Full of rejoicing she is;
In her is raised sweet praise
  And a resounding Jubilee;
In extolling is echoed
  Praise to God, the One in Three.

We call upon thee, God most high,
  Come thou to this Church;
And, for the sake of his generous goodness,
  May our prayer come before thee;
Pour upon us constantly
  The full blessing of thy countenance.

May thy servants who are here
  Get every privilege they seek;
And enjoyment always of the blessing
  With the saints without ending evermore;
Until reigning in glory
  With thee above all harm.

Let there be to God in the highest
  Acclaim and praise forever in song;
One and any is the glory
  Of Father and Son and Holy Spirit;
Right and power everlasting to them
  Throughout all the ages undivided.

Christ is made the sure foundation,
  Christ the head and cornerstone;
Chosen of the Lord, and precious,
  Binding all the Church in one,
Holy Zion's help forever,
  And her confidence alone.

All that dedicated city,
  Dearly loved of God on high,
In exultant jubilation,
  Pours perpetual melody,
God the One in Three adoring
In glad hymns eternally.

To this temple, where we call Thee,
  Come, O Lord of Hosts, today;
With Thy wonted loving-­kindness
  Hear Thy servants as they pray.
And Thy fullest benediction
Shed within its walls alway.

Here vouchsafe to all Thy servants
  What they ask of Thee to gain;
What they gain from Thee forever
  With the blessčd to retain,
And hereafter in Thy glory
Evermore with Thee to reign.

Laud and honour to the Father,
Laud and honour to the Son,
Laud and honour to the Spirit,
Ever Three and ever One;
Consubstantial, coeternal,
While unending ages run.
