Cofiwch y gwaed a dywalltodd yr Iesu

"Cofiwch y Gwaed"
(Cenadwri Evan Roberts
i Genhadau Môn)
Cofiwch y gwaed a dywalltodd yr Iesu,
  Cofiwch waradwydd a
      dirymg Ei oes;
Gras a maddeuant
    sy'n bythol dyneru
  Calon pechadur
      yn ymyl y groes.

        Cofiwch y gwaed,
            O! cofiwch y gwaed,
        Dilynwch yr Iesu,
            a chofiwch y gwaed.

Cofiwch y gwaed yn ei ddwyfol rinweddau,
  Bywyd y nefoedd a
      gobaith y byd;
Dringwch y Bryn i gyweiro'r telynnau,
  Dal mae y gwaed yn ei rinwedd o hyd.

Cofiwch y gwaed a
    foddlonodd gyfiawnder,
  Dalodd ofynion y nefoedd yn llawn;
Ingol ddefnyddau o galon mor dyner
  Lanwodd ehangder
      y nefoedd ag Iawn.

Cofiwch y gwaed sydd yn golchi'r annuwiol,
  Ffynnon i buro'r gwahanglwyf a gaed;
Heibio y groes mae y dorf waredigol
  Adre'n dychwelyd dan
      arwydd y gwaed.

Cofiwch y gwaed, a choeddwch ei hanes,
  Cenwch nes clywo y meirw eich llef;
Daliwch i foli, a chanmol yn gynnes,
  Anthem y gwaed
      ydyw bywyd y nef.

"Remember the Blood"
(The Message of Even Roberts
to the Missioners of Anglesey)
Remember the blood that Jesus poured out,
  Remember the mocking and
      scorn of his life;
Grace and forgiveness
    which are forever making tender
  The heart of a sinner
      by the side of the cross.

        Remember the blood,
            O remember the blood!
        Follow Jesus,
            and remember the blood.

Remember the blood in its divine merits,
  The life of heaven and
      the hope of the world;
Climb the Hill to tune the harps,
  The blood still holds all its merits.

Remember the blood that
    satisfied righteousness,
  That paid the demands of heaven in full;
Anguished drops from a heart so tender
  That flooded the vastness
      of heaven with Atonement.

Remember the blood that washes the ungodly,
  A well to purify the leper was got;
Beyond the cross is a delivered crowd
  Home returning under the
      sign of the blood.

Remember the blood, and publish its story,
  Sing until the dead hear your cry;
Continue to praise, and extol warmly,
  The anthem of the blood
      is the life of heaven.
